Warranty Coverage
- Frame, fork, stem, LCD display, controller, charger, motor, and battery: 1 Year
- Foldable handlebars, charging ports, USB ports, and front wheel rim: 6 Months
- Pedals, brakes, headlight, saddle, and electrical accelerator: 3 Months
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Tires, brake pads, tubes, and consumable parts
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or modifications
- Cosmetic damage
- Water damage or improper storage

I’ve had the GT20 for a few weeks now and honestly it’s been a blast to ride. Super comfortable, tons of power, and the battery lasts way longer than I expected. I get compliments on it almost every time I take it out. Definitely feels more premium than other e-bikes.
