We stand behind the quality of our electric bikes and provide warranty coverage against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

 

Warranty Coverage

 

• Frame, fork, stem, LCD display, controller, charger, motor, and battery: 1 Year
• Foldable handlebars, charging ports, USB ports, and front wheel rim: 6 Months
• Pedals, brakes, headlight, saddle, and electrical accelerator: 3 Months

 

Warranty Exclusions

 

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Tires, brake pads, tubes, and consumable parts
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or modifications
• Cosmetic damage
• Water damage or improper storage

 

Important Notes

• Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
• Customers are responsible for regular maintenance and proper care of the bike.
• Any unauthorized repairs or modifications may void the warranty.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your package upon arrival.

• If the outer box is damaged or ripped: Do not accept delivery. Refuse the package immediately.
• If any bike part is broken, missing, or not functioning properly: Contact us right away for assistance.

 

If Internal Parts Are Damaged

If the outer carton is intact but internal parts are damaged, we will provide free replacement parts for customer self-replacement.

 

Used Products

 

Returns are not accepted for used products with operational issues. However, we will provide replacement parts under warranty where applicable.

 

Damage Caused by Improper Use

 

Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, accidents, or neglect is not covered. Replacement parts can be purchased at the customer’s expense.

• Obey posted speed limits and ride at a safe speed for road and weather conditions.

• Always keep both hands on the handlebars while riding.
• Stay alert and watch for pedestrians, vehicles, and road hazards.
• Avoid using phones or headphones while riding.
• Ride carefully on wet, icy, uneven, or loose surfaces.
• Regularly inspect brakes, tires, lights, and battery connections before riding.
• Ensure the battery is securely locked in place before use.
• Do not carry more weight than the recommended load capacity.
• Only charge the battery using the approved charger provided with the bike.
• Never ride under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or anything that may impair judgment.
• Children should only ride under adult supervision and according to local age regulations.
• Always use caution when accelerating, turning, or braking suddenly.
• Park and store the e-bike in a safe, dry location away from extreme heat or moisture.
